Obituary of James Frazier III

On November 29, 1926, in Philadelphia, PA, the world celebrated the birth of a true adventurer and on June 21, 2018, in Emmett, ID, the adventure ended.  Jim could do it all – and he did.  He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University, but not before holding the javelin throwing record for many years.  He was an Active Duty Seaman during WWII in Tokyo Bay from Jan 1945 to May 1946.  Jim was a Special Agent with the FBI from 1951in Columbia, South Carolina; then Saginaw, MI; and Anchorage Alaska until 1976. He is pre-deceased by his loving wife Mildred C. Frazier in 2010.

Jim is survived by his children: Anette Marie; Linda Sue; Linda Lil; James Holman IV; Robert Miller; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, Monday, July 23rd at 10am with a Celebration of Life at the World Center for Birds of Prey immediately following.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to www.peregrinefund.org/falconers-wall (utilizing the blue ‘donate to remember a falconer’ button) in Jim’s name.  Falconry was Jim’s lifelong passion starting at 12 years old and any tax deductible contribution to the birds of prey archives would make his heart soar.
