Obituary of Carter Scott Fischer

Carter; intelligent and thoughtful, tall, disarmingly handsome, with big hands and a warm heart.  Carter Scott Fischer was a sunny and smiling boy and a dear friend to all who knew him.   Born at St Luke’s, here in Boise, on a sunny morning in May of 1999, Carter moved with his parents to Brazil, then North Carolina, California and then home to Boise, where he attended Hidden Springs elementary, Hillside Junior High and graduated from Boise High in May of this year.

Always with his friends, Carter spent his teen years playing guitar, skiing, and skateboarding.  Shredding was a passion for Carter.  He started at age 4, skiing all the big mountains at Tahoe with his family then countless hours in the terrain park at Bogus Basin and many other mountains with friends and family. Carter learned piano at 13 and quickly moved to guitar, which he loved to play with friends and at school.  All the while, he was 100% skateboarder.  Whatever he decided to do, he approached it with a passion to do it well.

He was wise beyond his years and touched the hearts of all who knew him, most of all a wonderful group of loyal family and friends who loved him dearly.

He leaves behind his parents, Scott and Nancy Fischer; his siblings, Brittney and Dylan; his Grandmothers, Cora Fischer, and Mary Helen Aceves and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and an enormous network of friends.  He was loved.
