Obituary of David Anton Jones

David A. Jones, age 50, passed away at his mother’s home in Boise on Friday, December 21, 2019.

He was born January 6, 1968 in Portland, Oregon to Sharon L. Jones (Bidiman) and Frank Jones. David attended elementary school in St. Louis, Missouri, and later attended Meridian High School in Meridian, Idaho with the class of 1986.

David kept much to himself, but he was always thinking. He had a brilliant mind and a quick wit. He was a man of many talents; he was a great soccer player and athlete, a good writer, and a gifted musician. He enjoyed playing sports with his kids and would take any opportunity to be outside. He liked to fish and boat on the lake.

David is preceded in death by his father, Frank Jones. He will be greatly missed by his children, Taylor Duplex, Cameron Jones, and Mason Jones, his mother, Sharon L. Jones, his sister, Kelli Hubbard, and his five grandchildren, as well as his niece, nephews, and extended family.
