Brian Kiddoo

Obituary of Brian James Kiddoo

Brian James Kiddoo, age 64, passed away peacefully on February 21st, 2020 in his home in Meridian, Idaho.

He is survived by his partner, Lorna Kiddoo, of Meridian, Idaho, his daughter, Jessica Crocker of Salem, Oregon, his daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and James Luse, of Meridian, Idaho, his brother, Jeff Kiddoo, of Peoria, Arizona, and his grandchildren, Sebastian and Zander Crocker, and Jamie and Jacob Luse.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lavon and Elden Kiddoo, his granddaughter, Cassandra Crocker, and his dearest pets, Sugar and Cashmere.

Brian was born in Des Moines, Iowa, to parents, Lavon and Elden Kiddoo. He graduated in 1978 from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. He then set to work in the family vending business that his father created. He worked at several different companies over the course of his life, including the University of Phoenix and the American Red Cross, and the part he loved about each one was that he was helping people. He spent his last few years surrounded by peace and joy amidst nature in Little River, California, where he took regular walks on the beach with his partner, Lorna Kiddoo.

Brian loved, and was loved by, his family and friends wholeheartedly. He was known for his adoration of animals, especially cats (his beloved Cashmere, in particular), and considered by many  to be a "cat whisperer" for his ability to befriend any cat he met in mere minutes. Brian passed down his enjoyment of camping and music to his two daughters, Jessica Crocker and Sarah Luse. When friends and family think of Brian, they will always think of his man cave, his love for playing pool, and fun times had around his poker table and singing karaoke. Most importantly, he will forever be remembered for his kindness and generosity by all.
