Obituary of Beatrice Isabel Revels

At 101, Beatrice Isabel Revels, of  Eagle, passed to heaven on Saturday, January 2, 2021

Beatrice was born September 18, 1919 at Ft. Lupton, Colorado the daughter of Mattie Jane Carver/Howe and William Carver.

Isabel will be laid to rest alongside of her husband, Oral Revels, in Platteville, in the sand hills of Colorado where they grew up together and were then married.

They began their married life together In the Rocky Mountains above Denver, Co., and then to Arizona and then Oregon, and then they traveled the U.S. and Canada for work. They settled in Idaho 50 plus years ago, and although she was very proud to claim Eagle, Idaho her home, the Rocky Mountains never left her heart nor her wish to return there in the end.

Family was her love. She enjoyed the simple pleasure of sunsets, kitty cat, hummingbirds and her home.  Earth was her passion and to garden and grow and preserve was her fulfillment. Devout Worship was her dedication and joining the Father in Heaven was her goal. She celebrated 101 birthdays and lived humbly and gratefully, with grace until the end.

She is survived by her loving and devoted family and friends; her daughters, Roberta Jane Wilson and Loretta Jeannie Montgomery, 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a great great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oral Revels, her parents, her brother, Roscoe, and her daughter, Zona Mae Lux.
