It is hard to find the words. What a brave woman. When she and Marion first got married he didn't have any real home. Land, horses, cattle plenty for a single man but Betty had a family. They set up camp and everybody had a place to sleep. They had a place to cook and eat. It looked like so much fun. I got 5 new cousins I don't know how much fun it was for Betty but I was impressed. It wasn't long before they moved the house in. Patty was born and we were all so happy for them. I remember baked potatoes in the camp fire and swimming in the river at their house. And Betty's art. Betty was many things in life but to me she was Aunt Betty. She made Uncle Marion's life complete and decorated his life. He was a lucky man.
