Minnie Wyonia Fletcher 71, passed away on February 21,2022 at home.  Minnie was born March 10,1950 in Forrest City, Arkansas. She was the fourth daughter of the late Ernest T James and Theressa Olivia Coleman James.

Minnie accepted Christ at an early age, she and her sisters worked in the vineyard diligently, She along with sister (Meagratis) and brother in law (Rev Al Bowens) founded Miracle Temple Church Of God In Christ located at 10304 W Claudia Rd, Boise, ID 93714.

Minnie was also part of The Minnie Ray Gospel Singers they would travel near and far to spread the word of God and to minister to your soul with their angelic voices. Minnie would go on to help spread the word of God with Elder Joseph Fletcher where they were the Pastor and first Lady of Wayside Chapel Church of God In Christ in La Grande, OR. Missionary Minnie Fletcher not only preached God’s word, but she also carried it through song as it was shown through her music ministry from childhood through her adult life. She was also known for her kind and compassionate spirit.

Missionary Minnie Fletcher was always a hard worker, she loved education she was a Special Ed teacher in the Boise School districts and held many titles on many different committees working in the schools. Minnie never met a stranger; everyone was a friend.

On November 14,2010 She married Joseph E. Fletcher where he preceded her in death December 29, 2018.

Her parents, brothers Artus, Otis, Isaac and Phillip James and sisters Mary K. Perot, Effie Coleman, Maegratis Bowens and Mildred Cloy all preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memories are daughter Earnette Ray-Stephens and husband Larry Stephens of Richmond,VA; Roy James Ray Jr and wife Tarah Ray of Tyler, Tx; sister Captolla Dunn of Oklahoma; Brother Elluard James of Oregon; Grand Children: Donte James Marquez, Xavier Reed, JaQuill Robinson, Zanazia Ray, Makia Ray, Third Ray, Avia Ray, Ja’Maya and Ja’Mari Stephens, great grandchildren Jaq Jaq and Isla Jean and a host of step sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
