Kathleen Marie Fulkerson

April 21, 1952-June 13, 2022

Kathy was welcomed peacefully into Heaven on June 13, 2022.

Kathy was born in Boise, Idaho to Ray and Audrey Sparks on April 21, 1952. She grew up with and was dearly loved by her nine siblings. She attended Capital High School, then went on to meet the love of her life Michael Fulkerson in 1969. They married August 13th, 1970, it was a love unlike any other, through the years only becoming deeper. They enjoyed their time together, traveling, camping, and spending time with family.  Mike and Kathy had 2 children daughter Michelle born in (1972), and their son Chad in (1977). In her life she enjoyed vacations, spending time at their cabin, and  time in nature tending her flowers. She worked for St. Luke's Hospital, and found the time to volunteer for youth mission trips to Mexico, a counselor at Camp Hodia for youth with diabetes, and Birth Right. Throughout her life was active in her church, and bible study groups, praying for others and making sure her family all knew Jesus. She remained very close with her siblings, often taking trips with them, making sure everyone lived life to the fullest. Mike and Kathy watched their legacy grow as they welcomed five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Always young at heart she enjoyed water fights, sledding, playing bears, and pranking the kids and grandkids.  She was full of life and described as being fun and selfless beyond measure. She bravely battled several illnesses,  but with the strength of her husband and God fought back with all her strength. On June 13, 2022 she laid down to rest and woke in the arms of Jesus. You were a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and" the favorite" aunt.  You will forever be missed, Thank you for your unconditional love, we look forward to the day we see each other again in Heaven.
