Obituary of Gary Ray Poe, Jr.
Gary Ray Poe Jr. passed away unexpectedly on June10th 2022. Gary was born on December 12th 1976 in Spokane, WA to parents Gary Poe Sr. and Carol Poe and he lived in the Spokane area for the majority of his life. Gary leaves behind his parents, Carol and Gary, his sisters, Edie Higby and Tonya Martin and his two daughters, Cecilia Poe, age 7, and Isabella Poe, age 6, as well as nieces, nephews, friends and countless additional family members and loved ones.
Gary’s life was spent making memories with his family and friends. His favorite place on earth was Priest Lake and more than anything, he loved spending time there with his daughters boating, swimming and fishing.
Gary was an artist, a musician, a writer and the biggest fan of music around. But above all, and most importantly, Gary was a father to Cecilia and Isabella. Every dream, wish and prayer he ever had was answered when he became a dad to his girls.
There are no words to describe the hole that will be left in so many lives and hearts by Gary’s absence in this world. “Be safe, be fun”, you will be missed every second of this life. Wait for us on the other side, we will be listening for your song.
