Obituary of Adrienne Joan Denny

On March 3^rd, 1983, Adrienne Joan Smith made her debut on the stage of life where she entertained most everyone she met up until the time she bid farewell to us on October 30, 2022.

During that short time, she lived and loved more that most, traveling all over the country on a quest to see firsthand everything she could and collect as many keychains and memories as possible. If you were lucky enough to travel with her on one of these adventures, you know how contagious her happiness and laughter was.

She was born in Idaho Falls and moved to Boise at a young age. She loved Boise and everything about it (Go Broncos!), vowing never to return to Idaho Falls to live because, “It is just to cold – who would choose that voluntarily?”

She married Ben Denny and to that union were born her greatest joys Adrienne ever knew – Ashlee and Andrew. Adrienne and Ben later divorced.

Adrienne recently was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This experience caused great happiness and was due in great part by her good friend Destiny Winn.

Adrienne was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanne Bryant; aunt, Janet Burt and grandmother, Jeanette Bryant.

She is survived by her father, Jeffrey R. Smith; children Ashlee and Andrew; grandmother, Joan Smith and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

As Adrienne continues her travels, paving the way for us to follow, she would want us to rejoice that she is no longer troubled by the demons that plagued her most recently and remember:
