Obituary of Johncie Young

Johncie Lynn Young was born to Candance (Candy) and Christopher Stoeberl on August 10, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV. From day one she was daddy’s baby girl. Johncie grew up in Boise, ID.  Johncie shined as a dancer on the Capital High School dance team. After graduating in 2007 she continued her love for dance at Boise State University as a Maneline dancer, where she met her future husband Joe Young. On April 30, 2012 Joe and Johncie began their journey in marriage.  Throughout Joe's duty stations in the military, Johncie began her career at Victoria’s Secret. She successfully grew every store she worked at. After leaving Victoria’s Secret she went on to Sephora, where she grew her passion for makeup art. Sharing her gift gave her the ability to make others feel beautiful.

Johncie had a creative soul. She sought new ideas in makeup art, creativity, and artistic expression. She excelled in poetry, sketching, painting and makeup artistry. Her excitement to share her makeup art was expressed during her favorite holiday, Halloween!

Johncie was smart, kind and pure. She was the definition of a best friend and the most amazing dog mom. She lit up every room. Memories of her shine through every soul that she met. She had the most contagious laugh and lovable personality. She loved deeply and cherished those closest to her. You could always count on her to be your day maker, your shoulder to cry on and your secret keeper! Johncie was a strong, resilient, sensitive, beautiful soul that imprinted her spirit on every person she touched.

Johncie is survived by her husband Joe Young, her fur babies Ogre, Kona and Koko, her parents Candy and Chris Stoeberl, in-laws Robert (Deborah) Young, her brothers Josh (Kristen) Schafer and Jessie (Jessca) Schafer, her nephews and niece Devin, Mason, Gabrielle and Ayjen Schafer and  numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Johncie is preceded in death by her Grandparents Bonnie Stoeberl, Ron and Carol Sedman and her uncles Bob Canning and Jay Stoeberl.
