Obituary of Linda Faye Coburn

Our Mom passed away on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023, at the age of 77.  Born October 8th, 1945, in the county of Los Angeles at Alhambra Hospital. She lived in Nampa, Idaho where you could find her working on “the hill” from dusk till dawn (when she was able) or visiting with her family.  She was an avid reader and could be found reading countless books.

She loved her children fiercely, she always put her kids first before herself.  She was the strongest woman that we had ever met. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and she made sure they knew it.  Her sister was her best friend.   She was beautiful inside and out. Our mom will be missed greatly. 

She is survived by her sister Brenda (John)Thorson, her children Kelly (DeWayne) Bingman, Kimberly (Jim) Clark, Tom Langdon, Nicolle Stimpson.  She leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren with one on the way, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by Netta Faye Kruger (mother), Timmie McCormick (brother), Rick Kruger (brother), Denise Ritter (sister), Danny Thorson (nephew), Jeff Kruger (nephew), and Mitchell McCormick (nephew).

When I go, don’t learn to live without me, just learn to live with my love, in a different way.

And if you need to see me, close your eyes, or look in your shadow, when the sun shines, I’m there.

Sit with me in the quiet and you will know that I did not leave.

There is no leaving when a soul is blended with another.

When I go, don’t learn to live without me, just learn to look for me in the moments.  I will be there.
