Obituary of Ramona Himerich

Ramona LaRae Himerich passed away peacefully April 4, 2023.

Born September 21, 1933  in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, she was the daughter of Ray and Mary Blair. The eldest of eight children. She is survived by three siblings, Margene, Ray and Olga.

Married twice, she was the mother of five children, two boys Evan and Merlin, and three girls Teresa, Kimberly and Michelle.

Ramona graduated from Boise High, and lived most of her life in Boise. She loved swimming, exercise and dancing. She was a BSU fan and loved to watch golf.

Ramona was a proud retiree of Ada County Paramedics. She enjoyed working and had a strong work ethic. She retired at 75 as she wanted to continue to work.

Ramona was a strong independent woman. She fought to the end determined to make it to her 90^th birthday. She almost made it, but in the end cancer took over her body.
