Linda Lee Holsinger Hill, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and devout member of the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, passed away peacefully in her home on October 26, 2023. Linda leaves this world on a high note after a courageous journey with cancer.

Linda was born on February 27, 1948, at Hamilton Field Air Force Base in Novato, California, to her parents Betty Ann Shortridge and S. Merle Mullendore. She spent her early years singing and performing in musicals her mother created. After being in the first graduating class of Capital High, she attended Brigham Young University in Provo, where she met her husband. In 1968, Linda married her eternal companion, Willard Earl Hill, in the Idaho Falls Temple. Together, they built a loving family and were blessed with nine children. Linda's legacy will live on in her posterity with 27 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Linda was known for her passion for music and her incredible talent as a piano teacher, church organist, and choir director. She generously shared her musical gifts with others and inspired countless individuals with her beautiful arrangements. She was involved in numerous musical organizations to host adjudicated festivals and community concerts. Linda blessed the lives of so many students, church members, and community members with her talents and gifts.

Linda devoted herself to her faith and service in the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her dedication was evident by her service in various church callings, including a mission in Kayenta, AZ, alongside her beloved husband. She joyously served others through a wide-range of humanitarian work. Linda also loved family history and was prolific in creating ways to share the stories of her ancestors. Linda's faith was unwavering, and she lived her life as a testament to the principles of the gospel.

Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Jeanette, and her brother Jerry. She is survived by her sister Sharon, and her brothers Jim, Don, and Dave. Her husband, Willard, and children Tobin (Linda), Trenton (Martha), Betty (Andy), Deborah (Matt), Laura, Ben (Holly), Sarah (Andrew), Joe (Catrina), and Jacob will always hold her close in their hearts.

Linda will forever be remembered for her motherhood, faith, service, and music, and she will live on through the memories of her strong example.
