Obituary of Don Tamblyn

Don Daniel Tamblyn, 60, passed away on January 16, 2013. He was born January 19, 1952 in Richmond, California, the son of Daniel and Barbara June (Hurley) Lewis. Don had a strong love for his family and his country. His commitment to his children and wife gave him fulfillment and strength. He retired from the Department of Corrections in April, 2012 after 18 years of service in Idaho and 10 years in California. He served in the Army and fought for our Country in two separate wars. Don enjoyed the outdoors, football, golf, and trips to the Oregon coast. He is survived by his loving wife, Karin; his children: Dawnelle Radamacher, Joshua May, Brandon May, Jon Tamblyn, Eric May, Kassie Hansen, Scott May; and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sunnybrook Ward on Ustick and Ten Mile Road. Arrangements are by Summers Funeral Homes, Ustick Chapel, Meridian.
