Sandy, Rick/Sandy,
We were so saddened to learn of Red's passing. He was a wonderful man, friend, father, grandfather, and neighbor. We treasure the many years of not only being Rick and Sandy's neighbors, but then moving to Eagle and being Red and Sandy's neighbors. The culdesac was a wonderful place to raise our children. Every time we drove down the street or walked out the front door there was Red puttering around in the yard/garage or standing around kabitzing with the neighborhood men. It truly gave me a peace of mind to know that Red Smith was watching out for all of us. Red always had a smile on his face and a hand to help out in something that was needed. His love for his family was so evident.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. Even though the miles have separated us know that you are still thought of and loved each and every day.

I have known a lot of people in my 74 years of life but you don’t see to many that are like red smith. He new my name from the first day we met. And always said hi when I came in to his store. I am going to miss his smiling face for a long time.
