Obituary of Daniel Smith

Danny passed away on Sunday, November 13th after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. He was 51 years old. He was surrounded by family that loved him and will miss him. Dan came into our lives 20 years ago and in that time taught us many lessons in patience, tolerance and unconditional love for all living things. He was never with out a smile and a handshake for everyone. And always up for pizza and pop. We will never be able to express how blessed we were to have him in our lives. We want to thank the wonderful staff at Four Rivers Hospice for their care and compassion in caring for Dan and our family. Tami, Jennifer and Kelly you are the very best. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to Parkinson's research or your favorite charity . Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Dry Creek Cemetery. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, November 16th from 6-9 p.m. at Summers Funeral Homes, 1205 W. Bannock Street, Boise.
