Obituary of Jere Sherrer

On October 5, 2011, at his home in Boise Idaho, the spirit of Jere Sherrer left this earth with the same dignity and honor that he exemplified throughout his 65 years of life. His love of people, music, nature, and cooking are his legacy. The amazing memory of Jere will be carried on by his wife his 3 children, his 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many close friends. Jere touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity. He maintained his trademark sense of humour all the way to the end. Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life at Summer's Funeral Home, Ustick Chapel Tuesday October 11, 2011 at 1p.m. At Jere's request, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House or the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
