To Earl's family and friends,
Please accept my and my family's deepest sympathy.
Earl was a great man and a wonderful cousin; we would have liked to get to know him more than we did, but very much enjoyed the encounters we had.
May God be with him, and with you all, always.
In Love and Fellowship,
Karl James Smith, son of Earl's Uncle Pryor Timmons Smith, wife Maureen Ann, and daughters Elizabeth Ann and Anni Emma Smith

Aunt Jodi,
Sorry for your loss. Earl was always a fun and great person to be around. I really enjoyed all of the outdoor experiences we had when visiting yall in Idaho. He will surely be missed.
Love you,

It is a rare pleasure when, in the course of daily life, one is fortunate enough to meet someone of Earl's stature. I am not speaking of physical or professional stature but a stature of life. The hours spent singing with Earl, of listening to his quiet approach to the joys of this Earth, this stature is a God given gift and one of which Earl had an abundance. We lost a giant when we lost Earl.

Jodie:
I am so sorry for you loss. I only had the pleasure of meeting Earl once, at Emily's wedding, but I have heard many wonderful stories about him from Donna and Bubba. You were very luck to have found each other and I know that you will cherish the fond memories you made together over the years. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

To the family of Earl Reynolds, we are so sorry for your loss.
I remember a lot of stories my dad used to tell about his cousins, and of staying in Klamath Falls as a boy. Please remember the good times to get you through the hard times.

Dear James, Andrew, and George,
Our deepest sympathies on the loss of your father, What an inspiring obituary! Many things I did not know about him. I only knew him as the father of 3 little boys I used to babysit when I was a teenager. This was when your family lived on the bench near Morris Hill Cemetary. We had great times reading Dr. Seuss, and encyclopedia articles. When you were younger and lived on State Street, my grandmother, Vera Holmes took care of you. Once after you had moved to the foothills, my husband and I stayed with you for a few days while Earl and Harriet traveled to some event. I have always kept you boys dear in my heart. Although you mourn your father now, he left you much to be proud of, and he loved you and was proud of you, so you will continue to do well.
Again, our sympathy and our best wishes.
Al and Judy West (formerly Judy Templeton)
