Obituary of Sharolyn Cox

Sharolyn Andrews Cox July 21, 1948 ~ May 2, 2014 Sharolyn "Shar" Andrews Cox, age 65, passed away Friday, May 2, 2014 after a nine month illness. She died as she lived: thinking of others. She was always ready with a smile and brought joy and love to all she met. She will be missed greatly by everyone she touched. Shar is survived by her husband, Darrell Cox; her daughter, Melissa Bollinger; and her three stepdaughters: Jeni Ranstrom, Jami Harris, and Ashlee Chambers. She was grandmother to nine grandchildren including Ella Jean and Evan who held a very special place in her heart. She is also survived by her father, Jay Andrews; her sister, Peggy Andrews; and countless friends who helped so much throughout her illness. At Shar's request, no formal services will be held. However, an open house to celebrate her life is planned for Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the Cox residence between 3:00-7:00 pm.
