Obituary of Courtney Hanson

Courtney Joanne (Broaduss) Hanson Beloved wife, Loving Mother, and AMAZING friend died Friday March 21 2014 in her home in Kuna, Idaho. Courtney was born on July 23, 1975 to Maureen and Gary Broaduss, in Torrance, CA. She graduated from Redondo High School in 1994. She served in the United States Marine Corps from May 1996 to April 1998. In June of 2001 she joined the United States Navy, where she served until May of 2005. She attended Boise State University 2009-2011. She then transferred to the College of Western Idaho where she was to receive her degree this year. Courtney loved children, animals, melted Hershey's chocolate, red wine, the Walking Dead, getting her toenails painted, Starbucks coffee, watching movies, and a good beer after a hard day's work. Courtney was known for her incredible friendship. When she called someone a friend she meant it. She gave good advice and the best hugs. She had a wonderful laugh, a great smile, and an amazing personality. She loved her family dearly, and defended them with the fierceness of a mother grizzly bear. To us she was simply "Momma Bear". Courtney leaves behind her husband Clint Hanson, two sons Cody, and Caleb Wilder, and a daughter Kieran Hanson. We all love her and will miss her terribly.
